After this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand the typical structure and process of job interviews in Germany.
• Prepare strategically for job interviews by researching employers and anticipating interview questions.
• Present their qualifications, experiences, and motivation in a clear, authentic, and convincing self-introduction.
• Apply structured techniques (e.g. STAR) to answer competency-based and behavioural interview questions effectively.
• Understand when salary is typically discussed in the recruitment process and negotiate salary professionally using appropriate strategies.
• Use AI tools responsibly to prepare interview questions, refine answers, and practice interviews.
• Demonstrate strong interview skills through practical exercises and constructive feedback.

The workshop is highly practical: you will develop and practice your own interview answers, receive individual feedback, and gain valuable insights to help you communicate professionally and leave a positive impression on future employers.
